Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, the 'Forgot Password' feature will allow you to Sign In and change your password.

  • Step 1: Enter the requested personal authentication information. Click 'Submit'.
  • Step 2: Enter and confirm your new password. Click 'Submit Password'.

Once your password has been changed, you will receive immediate access to your online accounts.

In order to access your account(s) online, please create a username and password. Your username must be at least 6 digits and begin with a letter. We recommend that you choose a username that is unique to you and does not include your name, birthday or any other identifying information.

If you have difficulty logging in, please call Florida Credit Union at (800) 284-1144 or email us at – DO NOT send personally identifying information (i.e. Acct. #, SS #) in your email. For your security, we recommend you change your password periodically.

Your password is your confidential code for accessing your account information, and it should not be shared with anyone. You should make your password as random as possible by combining letters, numbers and characters. One easy way to create a secure password is by beginning with the first letters of a song or phrase. For example, use the first letters of "I Love Paris in the Springtime" and then intersperse the numbers of your area code and a special character: ilp703its!

Passwords must contain at least (4) types of the following characters:
- Upper Case Letters (A,B,C,D,E)
- Lower Case Letters (a,b,c,d,e)
- Numbers (1,2,3,4,5)
- Or Special Characters (!#$%^*()_)
- It cannot contain your User ID
- It must be at least (8) characters in length and no more than 19 characters
- It cannot be consecutive number or letters (1234 or abcde)
- It cannot be numbers or letters in a series (11111 or aaaaa)
- It cannot contain the word �password�
- It cannot contain your address
